Tourism
is one of the principal industries that underpin the economy of Nepal. There
are a number of tourist areas in Nepal and Rasuwa is one of the neglected
districts with a very high potential for both internal and external
tourism. Rasuwa is rich in natural resources. Lantang mountain range stands
to the north of Rasuwa. The northern parts of the area largely fall within the
boundaries of Langtang National park. Gosainkunda Lake, Ganja La Pass, Tamang
village in Bridimisanother major highlight of Rasuwa for tourism. The
Goshainkunda Lake also known as frozen lake is one of the most beautiful
mountain lake lies in the Lantang region. There are about 108 kundas in this
area and mainly visible from the Gosainkunda trekking routes
are SaraswatiKund, BhairabKund, Surya Kund and Gosaikund are most important
one. Langtang valley is another attraction in Rasuwa which is aptly called the
valley of glaciers; mountains raise soaring toward the sky. The valley offers
pine forest, swift mountain streams, rugged rock and snow-capped peaks, grassy
down and meadows strewn with daises and wild animals. Langtang Valley Trek is famous trekking package among the
adventure trekkers from all around the world.
This business proposal has been made to
present out plan of establishing a resort in Dhunche municipality of Rasuwa
district. It describes our vision and how we intend to implement and make it a
successful entity. The main goal of the project is to establish an eco-friendly
resort hotel that will provide genuine hospitality thereby achieving national
recognition service, quality and standards and to returns that will exceed
shareholders expectations. Our mission is to provide each Guest with a memorable
